Position: Camp Counselor

As a camp counselor for 13-year-olds, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the well-being and enjoyment of our campers. You will be responsible for leading and supervising a group of campers, organizing and participating in recreational activities, and fostering a positive and inclusive atmosphere at the camp.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervising and ensuring the safety of campers

Leading and participating in outdoor activities and games

Assisting with meal times and cabin supervision

Creating a welcoming and inclusive environment for campers

Communicating effectively with campers, parents, and fellow staff members

Requirements:

Must be at least 13 years old

Previous experience working with children is preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
