We are a summer camp located in the heart of the countryside, providing a wide range of activities such as hiking, swimming, arts and crafts, and more. Our camp values inclusivity, personal growth, and fun in a safe and supportive environment. We are currently looking for enthusiastic and responsible 13-year-olds to join our team as Junior Counselors.

Job Description:

As a Junior Counselor, you will assist our experienced camp counselors in supervising and engaging campers throughout their daily activities. You will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of campers while fostering a positive and inclusive environment for all. This role provides a great opportunity for 13-year-olds to gain leadership skills, work as part of a team, and have a memorable summer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in leading group activities and games
• Supervise campers during meal times, rest periods, and evening activities
• Act as a positive role model for campers
• Help maintain a clean and organized living environment
• Assist with any other tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Must be 13 years old
• Enthusiastic, responsible, and reliable
• Interest in working with children
• Ability to work well in a team
• Strong communication skills
• Previous camp experience is a plus but not required
