Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the selection and purchase of necessary equipment such as desks, chairs, monitors, and lighting.
  • Help employees with the setup and installation of technology tools like printers, routers, and webcams.
  • Organize cables and wires to create a tidy and safe working environment.
  • Provide tips on creating a conducive work atmosphere, including lighting and sound control.

Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • Prior experience in interior design or home organization.
  • Knowledge of ergonomic principles and how they apply to workspace design.
  • Familiarity with a variety of office furniture and technology products.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with employees.
