Job Description
As a Work From Home Customer Service Representative at Teleperformance, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients’ customers. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chat inquiries, resolving issues promptly and professionally. Responsibilities
- Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
