Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to USAA members via phone, email, and chat
• Assist members with their banking, insurance, and general inquiries
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell USAA products and services
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions
• Adhere to USAA’s policies and procedures at all times

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong customer service orientation
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
