Position: Work From Home Insurance Agent
We are currently seeking experienced and motivated individuals to join our team as Work From Home Insurance Agents. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work remotely from the comfort of your own home while helping our customers find the right insurance solutions to meet their needs.
Responsibilities:
- Educate customers on our insurance products and services
- Provide personalized recommendations based on customer needs
- Assist customers with policy changes, renewals, and claims
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Meet and exceed sales targets and customer satisfaction goals
Requirements:
- Previous experience in insurance sales or customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Property and Casualty insurance license (preferred, but not required)
